This year, we celebrate the 36th edition of the San Sebastian international swim meet (Gran premio diputación). The swim meet is incluided in the LEN (Ligue Européenne de Natation).This edition takes place in the city of San Sebastian, a beautiful coastal city in the Basque Country (Spain) on saturday, 29th of December, 2020. The swimming pool is 50 m. long with 8 lanes and a 25 meter pool for warm ups and warm downs.The organization will offer financial aids for the best international swimmers and will help arranging accomodations near the pool and transportation from and to any of the two main airports, Bilbao (BIO) and San Sebastian (EAS). All swimmers are invited to dinner after the award ceremony.
Awards
There are two individual classifications established by the best scores on the FINA points table during the final heats.
1º classified women/men 1500 € and gold medal
2º classified women/men 1000 € and silver medal
3º classified women/men 500 € and bronze medal
The first classified both for men and women will also received the city of San Sebastian trophee.
Meeting awards will be given hand to hand, during the award ceremony after the swim meet.
